Order & dispatch
Order confirmation & processing
- Order confirmation: after you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details within 5 minutes.
- Processing: orders received before 12:00 on working days are usually dispatched the same or the next working day. This processing time is already included in the delivery times above.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link, so you can follow your delivery at any time.
